In today's video I'm sharing BEEF BIRYANI RECIPE using SHAN BEEF BIRYANI MASALA. This SHAN MASALA BEEF BIRYANI RECIPE is simple and easy to make, but it tastes so good. Please do try it ❤️
Ingredients :
For Korma
Oil 1 cup
3 large onions (sliced)
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
500 grams boneless beef
2 large tomatoes (slices)
1 pack shan bombay biryani masala
1/2 cup yogurt
Some fresh coriander
For Rice
500 grams long grain basmati rice
Salt to taste
1 cinnamon stick
2 bay leaf
1 tsp cumin
1 piece mace
A handful mint leaves
Food Color Mixture
4 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp orange food color
3-4 drops of kewra water (optional)
3-4 drops of zafran essence (optional)
For layering
Brown onions
Whole green chillies
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
