Police are on the hunt for a hit-and-run driver who ploughed into four pedestrians before fleeing the scene and torching his car early on Sunday morning in Wales. Two women are reported to have sustained potentially life-changing injuries from the crash on Cambrian Road in Newport, as the other two victims - a man and woman - are also being treated in hospital. Police are now searching for the driver of the Blue Ford C Max, who is described as a black man in his 20s.
