Train staff were in a flap when the Teddington to London Waterloo service was forced to slow down to just two mph shortly after leaving the station this morning. Commuters two stops away in Kingston were baffled when the announcer claimed the South West Train was delayed because a 'swan was refusing to get off the track'. A bemused passenger videoed the bird waddling along with the slow-moving train just a metre behind, as it pulled into Kingston Station.
