INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE No. 1 (Braised chicken feet with pineapple juice)
1.9 lbs chicken feet
1 thumb-sized of ginger, sliced
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 stalks of scallions or green onions
1/2 tsp of black pepper
5 tbsp of soy sauce
3 cups of water (add more later if needed)
1 cup of pineapple juice
3 bay leaves
2 star anise
Thai chili pepper or siling labuyo (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp of brown sugar
1/4 tsp of chicken powder or magic sarap
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE No. 2 (Crispy fried chicken liver)
2 lbs chicken liver
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp salt +1 tsp paprika + 1/2 tsp black pepper + 1 tsp oregano (optional but recommended)
1 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
1 pack 62g Crispy Fry breading mix + 1 cup flour + 1 tsp paprika + 1/2 tsp black pepper + 1 tsp salt
Cooking oil for frying
