YSR Congress Party’s Plenary took off at Guntur on Saturday Coinciding with the borth anniversary of the late YS Rajashekar Reddy. The Plenary was declared open by the party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy who invited the leaders and cadres to come up with suggestions to strengthen the party. A total of 20 resolutions will be discussed and passed in the 2 day plenary.
