Thousands of Israelis gathered in Tel Aviv on Saturday, for a commemorative rally in memory of late Israeli prime minister Yitzhak Rabin.
It's part of commemorations marking the 20th anniversary of Rabin's killing by a right-wing Jewish extremist.
Among those present was former U.S. President Bill Clinton.

"Rabin's legacy in one way is clear and untouchable, he risked his life to create and defend Israel and he gave his life so that you could live in peace."
The annual rally has become a pilgrimage for ordinary Israelis to pay tribute to the slain leader.

"I think that it is very important to support and show that every year the Rabin square is filled up with more people and not becomes emptier. I think that most Israelis believe in peace, everybody wants it."

"I am here 10 years in a row since I was 6. I am all for the path Rabin took and unfortunately his path does not exists anymore."
Rabin was shot dead after a peace rally on Nov. 4, 1995 by a Jewish extremist who wanted to stop the peace process Rabin initiated with the Palestinians.
This year's anniversary comes amid a fresh round of violence between the Palestinians and Israel.
