2 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour (310g)
3 tbsps sugar (45g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
1 large egg
1 cup milk (250ml)
1/3 cup melted butter (unsalted) 80ml

SUGAR GLAZE:
2 cups powdered sugar/icing sugar
1/4 cup milk (60ml)
1 tsp vanilla (5ml)
