Kuih Karas is one of the famous traditional snacks in the state of Kedah, Malaysia. It is usually eaten during tea time with a cup of hot coffee.
The snack is made mainly with rice flour, sugar and water.
The process looks simple but I believe there are skills require to make the shape of Kuih Karas looks beautiful.
