The Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT) is the world's largest military airshow, held annually over the third weekend in July at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire, England in support of The Royal Air Force Charitable Trust.
The 2023 airshow will take place from Friday, July 14 to Sunday, July 16. The theme for this year's show is "Skytanker23", which will highlight the vital role of air-to-air refuelling in modern military aviation.
A number of aircraft from around the world have already been confirmed for the show, including the Boeing KC-135R Stratotanker, the Lockheed Martin KC-130J Hercules, and the Airbus A330 MRTT. There will also be a number of static displays, giving visitors the chance to get up close to some of the world's most iconic aircraft.
In addition to the flying displays, there will be a number of other events taking place at the airshow, including a trade exhibition, a live music stage, and a family entertainment area.
