In this video, I will show you the easiest way to make the faux shutter or fractured cards. I used the Flowers of Beauty and the Unbounded Love stamp sets from Stampin UP. I also used the Wildly Flowering DSP, The Country Lace DSP, the Unbounded Beauty DSP and the In Color Glimmer paper all from Stampin UP!
