Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Feb 04 (ANI): Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh on Sunday told ANI that Suchna Kranti Yojana (SKY) is aimed at providing broadband connectivity across the entire state. He added that it will now be solely carried forward by the state government. CM Raman Singh further said, "We have decided that Panchayat funds under 14th Finance Commission won't be used for it."
