The Leg Springs! Basically everyone's favorite. It teaches us length, strength, symmetry, and how to move from our center. It's easy to let the springs control you, so take care to anchor the upper body and really push away from the uprights. If it's too much on the shoulders to press away from the pipes, you can grab the strap around the table and anchor yourself that way.
