Kazi Nazrul Islam, as the name implied is one of the all time greatest poet, writer, singer, revolutionary protester and storyteller was born on May 24, 1899 and died on 29th August, 1976. In Bangladesh he was affectionately known as Nazrul who had always ready to rebel against the traditional bondages, upliftments and oppressive desires. As a matter of fact with his poetic fragrance, he directed and composed approximately 4000 songs which later renamed as “Nazrul Geeti”. In a way he wrote lots of short stories, essays but his minds always stirred him to make songs writing and wanted working particularly on ghazal type classicals. As the “Bidrohi” poet had stimulated the Indian revolts more enthusiastic through his patriotic songs, the country expected more from him this type of energetic lifts which ultimately ended with Indian Independence. In 1942 at the age of 43, he began to lose his voice and some tensions had gathered around him for which he could not do much.He ultimately died in Bangladesh.
