Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound of 80/20 Ground Beef (per burger)
- Salt/Black Pepper to taste
- Good Burger Bun(s)
- Pepper Jack Cheese (1 tbsp. per burger)
- Chopped Jalapeno (1 tbsp. per burger)
- Your favorite toppings such as lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, etc.
- CHIPOTLE MAYO Ft. El Yucateco Chipotle! (1 cup mayo, 1oz El Yucateco Chipotle, 1 tsp Black Pepper, MIX WELL AND CHILL TILL USE)
Directions for BBQ Chicken Dip:
1) Mix Ground Beef, Salt/Pepper, Pepper Jack Cheese & Chopped Jalapeno together well in a mixing bowl.
2) Form Burger Patty using technique shown in video by building patty using a Baking Ring (4.5" diameter size is best), and building by adding small portions of beef at a time and pressing lightly to form.
3) Pre-Heat cooker (we used a Pellet Grill at 275 Degrees Fahrenheit).
4) Place Burger(s) on cooker once pre-heated and cook until you reach your desired temperature. Use a meat thermometer for best and most accurate results. Finishing temps can range from 130-165 degrees Fahrenheit in the deepest, coolest part of the center of the burger patty.
5) Remove from heat, build your burger with the Chipotle Mayo and all your favorite ingredients!
6) SERVE AND ENJOY!
