Oh yes-athletic SPEED today! This workout is going to be great for your fast twitch muscles and your cardiorespiratory training! You don't need any equipment today and there will always be a modification if you need to slow it down to a lower level to stay with it! We will be working for 30 seconds at a time today and the exercises will gradually increase in intensity in each of our 3 rounds of 30 seconds! Be ready to turn it up today and let's CRUSH IT together!
