Aloha and welcome to Kathy "Tita" Collins' storytelling session as part of the 32nd Annual Talk Story Festival brought to you by the Honolulu Department of Parks and Recreation!

This year we welcome five storytellers to share their knowledge virtually as part of Hawai‘i’s oldest and largest storytelling celebration and this year's theme of “Talk Story Festival ma ka Hale: Talk Story Festival at Home.”

In this storytelling session, Kathy tells her favorite story about a young boy's encounter with a night marcher.

Kathy Collins is a professional storyteller, emcee, radio and TV personality, actress, stand-up comic, freelance writer, and newspaper columnist. With her pidgin-speaking alter ego, "Tita" Collins has shared Hawaiian legends and folk tales from many cultures with audiences across the state and overseas, from New York City to Yellowknife, Canada.
