Open Aircraft Days
On these days, visitors will have the unique
opportunity to look inside one of the museum’s aircraft from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

Friday, July 9, 2021 - Look inside the cockpits of two Thunderbird aircraft, F-16A Fighting Falcon and F-100D Super Sabre (These aircraft will be open 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.)
Learn more about these aircraft from museum volunteers Col. (Ret.) Frank Alfter, a former F-16 aircraft maintenance and munitions officer, and Col. (Ret.) Jack Wilson, a former F-100 pilot.
