Chelsea asks, "Can you discuss the benefits of Greek yogurt made with 2% or full-fat milk? Are these better than yogurts with fat-free milk?"
Although Greek yogurt has a lot of protein, it doesn't have as much CALCIUM as regular yogurt or as much PROBIOTICS (healthy bacteria). Fat-free yogurt is good for heart health, but full-fat yogurt will help you feel more full. Kelly recommends low-fat for a balance of both.
