Simple Elderberry tea to boost your immune health. It is high in ant- inflammatory properties to help boost your total immune system.
Ingredients:
2 cups of water
2 tablespoons dried Organic Elderberries
1 cinnamon stick
3 slices of lemon
3 cloves
Combination ingredients together in a pan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15- 20 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
