In the final primary debate during the 2020 election cycle, Joe Biden told us what his border policy would be. No wall. No expectation that sanctuary cities would cooperate with ICE to turn over criminal aliens. No deportations within his first 100 days. And no deportations at all unless you've committed a felony - and he hasn't even made good on that.
