Alps Mountaineering calls this tent "extreme". So I put it through some extreme weather to see just how "extreme" it really is. This is not a general purpose, warm-weather tent. It is designed for colder temps and rougher weather, with a lot more structure than most 3 season tents. How did it survive in the kind of conditions no one really wants to get stuck in outside?
