♦️Resepi Sawi Tumis Bilis Tambah Lobak Merah
Bahan-Bahan:
1 ikat sawi (dipotong dan dibasuh bersih)
1 batang lobak merah (dihiris nipis)
1 genggam ikan bilis (dibilas dan ditos)
2 ulas bawang putih (dicincang)
1 biji bawang merah (diiris nipis)
2 sudu besar minyak masak
1/2 cawan air
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
Cara-Cara:
📍Panaskan minyak dalam kuali. Tumis bawang putih, bawang merah, dan ikan bilis hingga naik bau dan sedikit garing.
Masukkan lobak merah dan tumis seketika sehingga sedikit lembut.
Tambahkan sawi dan kacau rata. Tuang air untuk memastikan sayur tidak terlalu kering.
Perasakan dengan garam dan gula secukup rasa. Kacau hingga sawi dan lobak merah masak sepenuhnya.
Angkat dan hidangkan bersama nasi panas.

♦️Stir-Fried Mustard Greens with Anchovies and Carrots
Ingredients:
1 bunch of mustard greens (cut and washed thoroughly)
1 carrot (thinly sliced)
1 handful of anchovies (rinsed and drained)
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 shallot (thinly sliced)
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1/2 cup water
Salt and sugar to taste
📍Instructions:
Heat oil in a wok or pan. Sauté garlic, shallots, and anchovies until fragrant and slightly crispy.
Add the carrots and stir-fry for a while until slightly tender.
Add the mustard greens and mix well. Pour in water to prevent the dish from being too dry.
Season with salt and sugar to taste. Stir until the mustard greens and carrots are fully cooked.
Remove from heat and serve with hot rice.
