This is in Lawrence County Ohio US-52 at the Ashland, KY bridges. I hope the semi driver is ok. 🙏

When I came by the Ashland bridges they had the semi flipped back on it’s wheels. The highway and railroad tracks under the bridge were completely closed to road and train traffic. CSX was cleaning off the rialroad tracks and road crews were cleaning off the highway and bridge.
