Here’s the Recipe :
Chilean Sea Bass 1.5lbs (Or any white fish fillets)
Coconut milk -1 can
Tomato Paste - 2 Tbsp
Onion - 1/2 (diced)
Garlic - 4 cloves (minced)
Red bell peppers - 1
Jalapeño - 2 ( Take seeds off if you are a Tenderoni)
Cumin - 1Tsp
Smoked Paprika - 1Tsp
Chili Powder / Cayenne pepper- 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Black Pepper - 1/4 Tsp
Salt to taste.
Green onions - 1 Tbsp (chopped)
Cilantro - 2-3 Tbsp (chopped)
