While opportunities for independent online learning proliferate, universities have an important role to play in helping learners make meaningful connections—between courses, with other students, and to the world outside the classroom.
In her presentation at Concordia on April 2, 2015, “How can universities build learning environments that are both digital and connected?”, Amy Collier shared insights gained from several years of work in developing online courses and projects.
Her presentation was part of the speaker series, The Future of the University and the Future Learning, an initiative designed to engage the Concordia community in charting its own future directions.
