Also I royally messed up the audio as its 20 TGu not 10....
HERES WHAT YOU DO....
5 snatches to 1 TGU
5 rounds then switch arms.
Do this for a total of 4 cycles left, right, left, right.
You will end up with 100 snatches and 20 TGU.
A super efficient 10 minute kettlebell workout Shown with 24kg, You could easily start with 12-16kg and work up.
Perhaps put a bit of rest in there between the TGU rounds or arm switches.
Also if you like Pavel 's simple and sinister, you may like this alot.
This is great for a "one kettlebell full body workout"
