Yokogawa Control Instruments presents an overview of the Stardom PAC and RTU platform for process automation and control. Stardom is a full featured control system featuring support for redundant power, CPUs, and communications as well as custom web pages, e-mail, data-logging, gas & oil flow computing, FTP, and custom apps. Stardom has a RTU configuration that features low power consumption, built-in I/O, high density I/O modules, remote I/O, Class I Div II, -40C to 70C operating temperature, and many communication options (serial, Ethernet, CANopen, Profibus DP, HART, Foundation Fieldbus, Modbus, and DNP 3). Stardom also has specialty I/O modules for turbo machinery and high-speed rotating equipment making it suitable for compressor stations.
