Few institutions are as important to shaping the future of the United States as the electoral college. Professor Lawrence Lessig and the Harvard Law & Policy Review hosted a conference at Harvard Law School on Oct. 18 - 19 on the historical and philosophical foundations of the electoral college, as well as potential avenues to amend the institution in the current political climate.
