Bestowed with the beauty of nature, Bali has numerous hidden attraction that waiting to see including a myriad of waterfalls. This week, we trying to explore Nungnung waterfall in Pelaga Village, Petang, Badung Regency. About 45 minutes driving with motorcycle on normal traffic condition from Denpasar. If we come from the south or Denpasar, we can see the enchanting natural beauty, interminable of rice paddies. Most of them are using terraced fields, that has been used as an integral part of local agriculture for years. On the other hand, if we come from the north or Buleleng Regency, we will encounter the yellow of Marigold fields. So stop by, as the fragrance was so refreshing and the landscape is picture-perfect.

Nungnung waterfall is covered by lush greenery jungle and from the parking area we need to walk for about 30 minutes, go down and up from hundreds of stairs, before finally arrived. The bird’s song come along with the sounds of the beetle and the roam of the water as we start to walk. The breeze that comes through the cliff and jungle will gives us a calmness.
