Just to give you an idea what you can do with Pfaff vintage machine with clamp for double needle.
You can sew zig-zag using three or 2 needles. Just next to tripe seam demonstrated in the video you can see double one that I sew earlier.

Pfaff sewing decorative seams with triple needle.
Zygzag width max 1
Stitch length: max
Needles:
Side DB1, size 80
Centre standard needle, size 90 (didn’t have 80)
Upper tension set to loose otherwise zygzag is very tight.
Needle position set to right
Had problem to set the right upper tension, but definitely has to be loose.
