So if your quest is glitched like mine...there is no key left on the bench when the person leaves when distracted by the girl you pay. I tried looking for the key elsewhere and tried climbing around searching for a way in or a way to shoot the red barred/locked door. The quest is glitched.

To work around this you will need:
Heavy Dual Wield skill
2 two handed weapons (I used the axe primary and sword secondary)
*It's key to have an axe primary as your character will do a dual over head swing*

As you can see in the video I tried different combos of weapons and attacks which didn't work until I used the two dual wield weapons and a heavy attack.
