The Maserati Indy was a grand tourer produced starting in 1969. These cars featured the traditional GT layout with the engine in the front and power to the rear. The Indy was offered with a V8 engine in either 4.2L, 4.7L, or 4.9L. In total, Maserati produced just 1,102 examples of the Indy before production ended in 1975.
