Setting message send and receive restrictions in Exchange 2016


1. Prepare

- DC11 : Domain Controller

- DC12 : Exchange Server

- WIN1091, WIN71, WIN72 : Client

2. Step by step

- DC12 : Setting message send and receive restrictions for HiepIT

+ Start - Exchange Administrative Center - logon - recipients - mailboxes tab

- double-click HiepIT - mailbox features - Message Delivery Restrictions - View details :

+ Accept messages from - Select "Only senders in the following list :" - " + "

- VietIT, NamIT - Check "Require that all senders are authenticated"

+ Reject messages from : - Select "No senders" - OK - Save

- WIN1091 : Logon with account VietIT - Send a email to HiepIT - OK

- WIN71 : Logon with account HiepIT - Check email

- WIN72 : Logon with account HiepHR - Send a email to HiepIT - Can not delivered
