Nursing is not company job with meterials but a Service to Human being who has Body , Mind and Spirit and must be done with compassion , commitment , care and caution .
Nurses deal with life and death .
So every Nurse and Nurse leader must have good Nursing knowlege , skills with Nursing training which can not be compramised .
Once a human life is gone , it is gone for ever , can not get it back and can not replace .
Those Nursing leaders , Nursing Managers , Nursing Directors who process MSN (Masters in Nursing Science) and PhD in Nursing but NOT real Nurses who studied Nursing in Nursing School and they have NOT gone for adequate Hospital/ Clinical training at bed side , but then they LOVE to walk through " Marble roads " in Health Care Facilities, so they do not see
" bugs " in the grass that biting on Patients .
And they LOVE to sit on " roof top " position Jobs so they do not see that ' Needles 💉 & Pins 📌
fell on the floor that " Hurt " Patients feet.
They failed to be a Master in the " ground level Nursing Care " before they get into " roof top " job as a business .
As the results, their majority of decisions are
" Blind decisions" .
Ultimately Patients and Families suffer , Patients develop more Hospital acquired complications and extended Stay of the Patients in the Hospitals increasing .
Patients and families get frustrated with poor standards of Nursing Care , poor education about Plan of Nursing care by Nurses & " disrespectful attitudes " of some Nurses with their poor ability to handle the incidental stress at work .
Some of such Nurses and their such Nursing leaders even come to work with " hung over " of previous day or night alcohol consumption at home or during little party !!!
So then most of the time , those such fake Nurses and their fake Nursing leaders call that frustration of Patients and Families as " Violence in the Hospitals " which increased in the past few years !!! .
* Common people & layman knows a building construction starts from the ground level with a strong foundation NOT from " roof top " .
* A building with a strong foundation and internal structure will not flew away with a small wind and rain .
More Code Grays are called in Health Care Facilities past few years !!!
101 job what those Nurses and their supporting leaders failed to do are now Police Department is doing : " de-escalate those frustrated Patients and their Families " !!!
It looks like these days Law enforcement officers had to go through some Nursing classes and Patient case Studies to handle those frustrated Patients and Families better because those fake Nurses & their unqualified Nursing leaders did do their Patient Case Studies well and did not do their Job well !!!
Each Nurse must feel accountability for the care provided to Patients , any decision made related to providing Nursing care and Nursing educations to patients and their families regarding plan of care , medications and its side effects , and prognosis of Patients within their knowledge .

EMR ; Electronic Medical Records " hacked " by hackers & scammers !!!
But most of the cases are still under investigation and not yet caught !!!
Because most of the hackers are internal from within the Health Care Facilities including few Doctors, Nurses, Nurse techs , house keepers & for them it is another way to make easy extra money by violating HIPPA 🫢
🥹 Then EPIC , the EMR Software system is blamed !!!
If any employee who is NOT involved but aware about this hacking internal business, they are attacked, fired or fried by hackers & their supporting Nursing managers in many ways within the Health Care Facility or outside in their Social life. So many of such good employees develop an attitude of " did not see & I did not hear " in order to protect their life & job🫢
I have worked with EPIC & Cerner EMR Software & those are designed strong & will not be subjected to hackers unless someone, an employee is manually transfer the informations outside the protected EMR through e mails or print out from within the facility who has access.
I heard some unqualified CRNA , APRN , Nurse Practitioners & fake Doctors write orders in MAR (medical Administration Record ) by copying Treatment Plan for other patients from hacked & sold EMR : a short cut to make money form some real good Doctor's education & hard work 🫢
Even hacked medical treatment plan of patients in USA are sold to other Countries by EMR hackers to fake Doctors & fake Nurse Practitioners in those Countries for them to work easy 🫢
Some time I feel Old School life with pen & paper is better . May be God Almighty is going to cause severe Solar flares/solar Maximum to interrupt Software system to protect innocent patients from hackers in 2025.
I pray May GOD protect innocent USA Citizens.
