This week is reconciliation week in Australia and FISH - Foundation for Indigenous Sustainable Health are proud to be the National Charity Partner of Ben Elton’s film Three Summers.
We thought it would be appropriate to share a cut from the film where Jack (Kelton Pell) discusses with Queenie (Magda Szubanski) Terra Nullius and the need for a treaty. Three Summers is a great romantic comedy film and while having a good belly laugh you are challenged to reflect on some deep truths.
If we don’t understand our past we won’t understand our present to be able to plan for positive change for the future of this country.
May we all be “Grounded in Truth and Walk Together with Courage”.
FISH believes that all Australian’s need to watch Three Summers and if you haven’t had the opportunity to see it yet then it is available on DVD at Sanity or JB Hi Fi or online [ Ссылка ]
