Baringo county Deputy Governor Jacob Chepkwony says 78,000 households in the county are at risk of starvation. Chepkwony who was distributing food to families affected by hunger in Kabarnet, says the most affected region is in Tiaty where 26,000 families are in dire need of food and water.
