In this leather craft video I quickly show my process for making a 1” wide braided and tooled leather cuff made from natural vegetable tanned leather. The tooling pattern down the center of the cuff was achieved using two different sizes of diamond shape stamps. Each edge of the cuff is braided with 3/32” wide calf lace using a Mexican round braid technique. The show side of the cuff is dyed with a light walnut and dark brown fade while the back of the cuff is lined with dark chocolate pig skin suede. I hope you enjoy watching the process of making this unique leather cuff.
