I decided to stack as much luck gear as I could as close to gear score 500 to see just how much more loot I could get when doing refining material runs. Is it worth getting? I did some testing with luck gear in New World to see if it improves farm runs or if it's a waste of time. This video shares my results using over 31% increased luck.

I feel like the meta for level 60 will be farming elite named bosses so having luck gear sets will be vital for quickly gearing up your character for PvP and end game content. Should everyone use luck gear? That's for you to decide.
