In today’s video I’m sharing a couple of gluten free dinner ideas (full ingredients for both are below) as well as a mini Aldi haul with some gluten free goodies I found. STILTON + BACON RISOTTO INGREDIENTS:
4 rashers streaky bacon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion (chopped)
300g arborio rice
1 litre gluten free veg stock
100g frozen peas
20g salted butter
50g Stilton (roughly chopped)
STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS INGREDIENTS:
2 x chicken breasts
4 slices of Serrano ham
Boursin cheese
Baked at 180C for 25-30 mins until cooked through
