Penny with SwissWatchExpo, today I'm looking at one of the most flattering watches. This is a Cartier Ballon Bleu. This is a 33 millimeter ladies size watch, so it's kind of that mid-size, which is really popular. Like I said, I think it is just one of the most flattering watches that you can put on your wrist right now. It's so elegantly designed. I think that the way that the kind of dome with a balloon shape of the actual case and the crystal itself is so flattering. The shape of the lugs looks really nice as it tapers down into the bracelet, and just the overall design and how the crown is hidden behind this other little bubble. Again, it just makes it an incredibly well-designed and really, really flattering watch. This one is made entirely out of 18 karat Rose gold. It's a really soft color contrast, really, you know, doesn't really contrast too much with the skin, but definitely pops off a little bit.
It's one of those watches because it's so simple, you could probably dress it down a little bit and make it just a really nice bracelet with a watch on it. Or you could really dress it up because it is made entirely out of 18 carat Rose gold. It's also got a beautiful Guilloche dial with Roman numeral hour markers and the classic Cartier blue steel hands. All in all, I just think this watch is a really great piece to have in a collection. A really great Cartier piece, and just a really fabulous and flattering watch in general.
