Hurricane Florence is growing in intensity as its path tracks toward North and South Carolina. Experts warn the storm may be the strongest to hit the region in decades and could become a Category 5 today. Over one million people have been ordered to evacuate their homes, with states of emergency declared in North and South Carolina, Virginia and Maryland.
