The featured speaker in our second Transit-Oriented Development virtual session and conversation is Michael Krantz, P.E., LEED AP-ND. He is the Acting Program Manager for Metro Transit's Office of Transit Oriented Development. The TOD Office is responsible for coordinating development on Metro Transit-owned property, serving as a TOD resource for the region, and advancing TOD through the design and construction of transit capital projects. Prior joining Metro Transit, Michael was a Civil Engineering consultant in California and Minnesota. Michael has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
