Ingredients:
- Meat - ½ kg
- Chana Daal - 1 cup
- Jazaa Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Sabut Lal Mirch - 3-4
- Cumin Seeds - 3 tbsp
- Sliced Onion - 1 large
- Jazaa Shami Kabab Masala - 4 tbsp
- Water - 1 ltr
- Whole Egg - 1
- Oil - ½ cup
Method:
- Serving for 3-4
- In a saucepan add meat, chana daal, Jazaa Ginger Garlic Paste, subut lal mirch, cumin seeds, sliced onion, Jazaa Shami Kabab Masala, water and cook on low heat for 10 mins.
- Add marinated meat in chopper and whole egg.
- In a frying pan, add cooking oil and fry kababs on medium heat from all sides until done (approx. 6-8 minutes).
- Serve with Raita and Salad.
