Here's how to get the Rustbolt Gramophone Blueprint in Mechagon:

- The blueprint drops from the rare, Steel Singer Freza, who is located on the Western Spray Island (co-ords 25, 77)

- Once you have the blueprint, hand it in to Pascal-K1N6

- When you craft it, you will be given a quest to install it and you will also be awarded with +500 rep with Rustbolt Resistance (one time only)

- When you install it, it can be used in the same way as the Garrison Jukebox from WoD and you can collect 6 different Vinyl tracks for it, from various rares & items in Mechagon, which count towards the achievement 'Junkyard Melomaniac'.
