The latest Roadtrippin Review in Seattle, Washington had us sampling a lot of delicious food at The Bar after walking through the Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibition. It was also very interesting getting to see over 30 of Dale Chihuly's personal collections in the restaurant. My mouth is still watering after the wagyu beef sliders and blue cheese stuffed deep fried olives. Make sure to book your Space Needle tour on the same day to save a few dollars. It was quite the experience standing on the rotating glass floor and getting to see the beautiful Seattle skyline from over 500 ft. from the ground. On a clear day you will even be able to see Mt. Rainier in the distance. The Uncles made sure to share some nostalgic experiences in the gift shop when they saw the mold-a-matic and ice cream vacuum dispenser. This combination of food and tours made for a wonderful Seattle tourist experience that we highly recommend.
