Ingredients we tested:
1 tbsp dry yeast [ Ссылка ]
2 tbsp milk, warmed [ Ссылка ]
9 oz all-purpose flour (220g) [ Ссылка ]
5 tbsp water
1 tbsp vegetable oil [ Ссылка ]
4 oz white chocolate chips (100g) [ Ссылка ]
6 oz hazelnut spread (150g) [ Ссылка ]
2 oz strawberries, sliced (50g) [ Ссылка ]
1 banana, sliced [ Ссылка ]
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 500°F (250°C).
Mix yeast and warm milk and set aside until bubbly.
Sift flour into a large bowl. Add water and yeast mixture. Knead until dough is smooth and even.
Set the dough aside to rest for 2 hours.
Grease the dough with oil and knead again. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Sprinkle work surface with flour. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out using a rolling pin so that it is 1-inch larger than the crisper pan. Place dough in the pan.
Place white chocolate around the edge of the pan and cover with the dough that is sticking out.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Spread the hazelnut spread around the pizza and garnish with sliced strawberries and bananas.
