PinT Book Club ninth meeting was held on the 19th of September 2023 and we discussed "Crooked Plow" by Brazilian author Itamar Vieira Junior, translated by Johnny Lorenz, and published in 2023 by Verso Books. The novel was a winner of the LeYa Award in Portugal, as well as Jabuti and Oceanos Awards in Brazil.
