Hello my friends, I have a slightly unusual yoga upload for you.
This vinyasa flow is very untraditional - no planks, no downward dog, and not one Chaturanga...is this even yoga?! Well, yes, of course. Welcome to hands-free yoga!
This vinyasa yoga sequence is perfect for anyone with:
Shoulder pain
Pain in the wrist and hand
Arthritis in the wrist
Carpal tunnel
Wrist and thumb pain
Or maybe you've had a shoulder injury or even have a plaster cast on your arm (seek medical advice first)! Sometimes we simply need to rest certain areas of the body or the whole body in order to heal and grow. You don't HAVE to be injured to do this either...just give it a go as an alternative yoga class to make a change from the downward dog world.
