1.Understand a fact that anxiety is based in imagined fearful future and in reality things are quite different what you imagine. 14.Can wear gold chain with 8, 9 and 10 Mukhi Rudraksha.
15.Wear iron ring in smallest finger of right hand on a Wednesday morning.
16.Read Om Gan Ganpataye Namah (108), Ganesh Atharvasheesh, Om Aing hreem kleem chamundaye vichche (108), Durga Kawach and Om Kleem Krishnaye Namah (108).
17. Donate green moong and green vegetables on Wednesday.
