• Flour
• Warm water
• Yeast
• Sugar
• Vegetable oil
• Salt
• Hazelnut cream
• Yolk
• Strawberries
• Icing sugar
METHOD
Mix baking powder with sugar and warm water.
Pour the mixture into a bowl with flour, add oil, salt and mix until you get a dough ball.
Cover with a cloth and let stand for 1 hour.
Use a roller to form a uniform square with the dough.
Spread hazelnut cream to cover the entire square.
Roll up from the left side until you reach the center of the square. Repeat on the right side.
Cut in the middle of the two rolls.
Form a circle with the two rolls, then cut diagonally along the crown.
Turn a piece to the left and another to the right, repeating along the entire crown.
Brush yolk all over the crown and bake for 25 minutes at 170ºC (338ºF).
Sprinkle icing sugar to serve and decorate with strawberries.
